1. Service Overview

TAI ("the Platform") provides an AI-powered development environment for building web projects. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person may register up to 2 accounts per IP address.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

3. Membership Plans

• Trial: 10-minute free access to explore the Platform.
• Member ($30/month): Up to 10 projects with full AI assistance.
• VIP: Unlimited projects with priority support.

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use automated tools to abuse the service (bots, scrapers, etc.).
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

Projects and code you create using the Platform belong to you. The Platform's interface, design, and underlying technology remain the property of TAI.

6. Payment & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely with encryption.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
• Refunds are issued at the discretion of TAI.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

TAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or project failures.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
